We offer laparoscopic and robotic abdominal surgery in many cases, leading to smaller incisions, less pain, and shorter recovery time. Surgery for both colorectal cancer and for non-cancerous intestinal conditions can often be done in a minimally-invasive fashion.
INVESTIGATION OF RECTAL BLEEDING
Rectal bleeding can be due to many causes, not just hemorrhoids. We can help investigate the cause and formulate a treatment plan.
Bleeding, pain, swelling, itching--all can be diagnosed and treated. We see a high volume of patients with hemorrhoids, anal fistulae, anal fissures, rectal prolapse, pilonidal disease, and a multitude of other anal area problems.
SURGERY FOR INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE
We collaborate with gastroenterologists to treat Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, including intestinal and anorectal disease, with both surgical and medical approaches.
SURGERY FOR DIVERTICULITIS
We work with interventional radiologists, gastroenterologists, and infectious diseases specialists to formulate the best treatment plan for patients, including surgery if necessary.
